About Me:

My life path has been one of healing. Everything I have experienced in life has led me towards holistic health and wellness. In my own journey I have healed my bouts of cystic acne and digestive ills with proper nutrition and by bringing my mind-body-spirit into alignment with proper thinking, yoga, being happy, and following my bliss. All of it really does need to be attended to; just changing your diet but still remaining a stress case will not heal anything. Trust me I've leaned that one the hard way.

I'm now taking all of that healing a step further and am in massage therapy school as well as creating an online business that utilizes my knowledge, personal experience and passion for health and wellness. This online business is brand new for me and I'm really excited to network with other like minded people and see where it takes me.

The Young Living products are all pure therapeutic grade essential oils that are used and recommended by health care professionals. My teachers at massage school use them. They smell divine and can be used in the home to disinfect, remove mold and mildew, and to keep insects away. Because of the high quality of the oils you can ingest certain ones to help with digestion and to ward off colds. And of course you can apply them topically to help heal burns and cuts or to simply enjoy the scent. Essential oils help balance your emotions and can energize you when you need it or help you unwind from a stressful day. There are a thousand different uses and I'm really excited to share those with you as I grow this business.
